Product alert: S-B93A automatic vertical spin flow necker, flanger with twin seamers

The S-B93A Automatic Vertical Spin Flow Necker, Flanger with Twin Seamers is designed for aerosol cans. Manufactured by  Shin-I Machinery Works Co., Ltd, in Taiwan, this machine makes seaming tasks more convenient for the operator.  Vertically designed, it easily connects with other machines as well. On its stations 1 and 2, the spin flow system is introduced to neck and flange can cylinders made of hard DR tinplate to prevent wrinkling. On stations 3 and 4, the bottom end and top end are closed by seaming rollers and chucks. The top end and bottom ends are fed into the seaming system from the top through conveyors and two end magazines with two knives for each set. Both side seamed can is carried away by a turret. With recyclable centralized lubricating system to lubricate top and bottom transmission system, easy for maintenance. Other equipment for aerosol can/end making are also available.
