The S-B93 Automatic Vertical Spin Flow Necker, Flanger with Twin Seamers is specially designed for aerosol cans. Manufactured by Shin I Machinery Works Company Ltd, model S-B93 is compatible with other machines.
The process starts on stations 1 and 2 where the spin flow system is introduced to neck and flange can cylinders made of hard DR tinplate to prevent wrinkling. On stations 3 and 4, the bottom end and top end are closed by seaming rollers and chucks. The top and bottom ends are fed into the seaming system from the top through conveyors and two end magazines with two knives for each set. Both side-seamed cans are carried away by a turret.
The machine uses a recyclable centralized lubricating system for lubricating the top and bottom transmission system.
