There are many challenges in the food industry, where from a manufacturer’s standpoint can be overwhelming especially since the pandemic struck. From there, other issues arose. But resilience is among the key characteristics of industry players, enabling them to survive the highly competitive landscape. Take for instance the story of Dairy Home, which through hard work became the first sustainable and organic milk producer in Thailand. The industry is also responsible for improving nutrition and creating honest-to-goodness better products for their consumers.
