i-Vision peripheral device for Dase-Sing sleeving machines

 Increasingly, food and beverage producers seek consumer attention through eye-catching, unique and extraordinary packaging designs. The shrink sleeve film is an essential tool and carrier used to achieve this goal. 

But F&B manufacturers have to keep in mind that the design of labels and bottle shapes are now also more diverse, and as such require higher standards when it comes to the capabilities of the sleeving machines. 

For DASE-SING's Auto Shrink Sleeving machine, a peripheral device called i-Vision will ensure the correct position of bottles or containers within a specific direction.  It is specially designed for variety containers in a production line, which is suitable for all kinds of shaped bottles. When a bottle shifts from its position, i-Vision will put this bottle back on track so it is transported to the next process.

Steering can be done before or after filling, but in the course of operation, you can steer the bottles once again, without stopping the mechanism. Switching the setting can automatically steer the bottles onto another direction.

i-Vision has a simple look appearance and small footprint, and it can be operated as stand-alone according to customers' requirements, or integrated with the production line.
