Product safety and quality are guaranteed, hence the process has become the choice for  producers of dairy, juices, semi-liquids, and pharmaceuticals. Kinglai Group: Vertically integrated manufacturer of hygienic pumps & valves

In food and beverage processing, manufacturers rely on pumps and valves of all kinds and sizes to get raw materials and finished products moving efficiently throughout the entire manufacturing process.  The needs of a company that produces only one kind of beverage may be different from one that processes a variety of products like drinking water, dairy and juice.  But for all of these companies, their choice of hygienic pumps, valves, and hygienic equipment must comply with food safety standards, and must of course be efficient, and easy to maintain and sanitize. Equally important for customers in their choice of equipment is low total cost of ownership.  Having said that, it's important to find a partner in the hygienic materials and equipment segment that can walk you through the entire process - from design up to production, and provide a wide range of products as well. In fact, this has been the specialty of  Kinglai Hygienic Materials Co., Ltd , also known as Kinglai Group.

Interest in health ingredients for all kinds of food and beverage products, has been growing, more so during COVID-19 times. The past several issues of FoodPacific Manufacturing Journal (FPMJ)   put more emphasis on the Health & Nutrition section because of this.     Continuing developments both in business and research of probiotics are a boon to the manufacture of functional food and beverage. Vacuum packing

In the food industry, vacuum packing is an important step in packaging that ensures the integrity of a product, extending its shelf life, and maintaining its overall quality while the package is unopened and within expiry date.  The objective is mainly to remove as much air from the package as possible since oxygen will eventually stimulate mold or bacterial growth.  During the process, air is eliminated from the pack (usually made of a plastic material), then the pack is machine-sealed so air or foreign matter cannot penetrate it. Vacuum sealing is used for grains, beans, cereal and other dry products, although some machines can do wet or powder products. For meat products, vacuum sealing slows the growth of microorganisms; frozen foods are less likely to freeze burn because airtight sealed packaging limits crystals formation. Depending on the type of products that need to be packed, there is a bag sealer, vacuum sealing, band sealing machine that can do the job, and within

Being part of the solution at the time of COVID-19

You can prepare for the future, based on the trends; you can even be ready for the unexpected, so business goes on. Still no matter how prepared you are, plans can easily be disrupted by circumstances beyond your control. Of course, I'm talking about COVID-19, which you can imagine is a slithering creature floating above city to city, claiming the weak. It is April, nearly four months since the virus made itself manifest outside China, and the world is still bravely putting up with it, however yet without a definite drug. We might be paralysed by our personal fears – what will the future be like? Will it be safe for us when travel restrictions and lockdowns are over? Or we can also stay hopeful, and be part of the solution for the problem on hand.  Every day we hear about companies and manufacturers who are not only supporting governments and the health care industry, but also producing and donating sanitisers, personal protective equipment, masks, and necessary machines.
